Today I have made a great decission, not really today, I started tinking about last week, but today I decided to write it down so that I don’t forget it.

I was doing some papper for University when I went through the IESE web page, I found the Young Talent Program and i want to go for it.

HOW TO APPLY

To apply, students must supply the following 

documents:

• Completed online application form

• GMAT score

• English language test

• Official transcripts

• Two letters of recommendation

• Updated résumé

• Essay questions

• Passport-size digital photograph 

ADMISSIONS PROCESS

After submitting the necessary documentation to IESE, candidates deemed eligible are invited for a personal interview. If their profile and background match YTP objectives, they are pre-admitted to the program. IESE presents pre-admitted students to participating companies for recruitment opportunities. 

So now the steps are:

1.- to have an Average GPA of 8, in order to achieve it i have to get good grades on my current finals, qthe next one is Spanish Language and Literature on Friday.

2.- I have been searching information about GMAT because I had never heard about before, i think it is the type of exam which siuts me but as i have o idea about maths, I’m going to train my self on www.kahnacademy.com

3.- languages are not a problem as I am studying translation and interpreting but, in order to improve my german I must go to Germany this Summer.

4.- an other thing which I have to do as soon as posible to pass my driving licence
